Your role includes scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory levels, and executing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs. Collaborate with teams at the Teglar Youth Center, Next Step Thrift Shop, and Red Deer location to support operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and execute timely repairs at prevention facilities
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for buildings and equipment




• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and concerns
• Keep workspaces organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:
• Experience in Facilities Management or related fields
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Fluent English in speaking, writing, and reading
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a willingness to learn cube truck operation
