This role requires assisting individuals in achieving employment goals through the Integrated Employment Services program. You will provide personalized support, coaching, and resources for job searching, skills assessments, and preparation. Additionally, you will mentor clients to help them maintain their employment and succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individualized job search support in group or individual settings
• Provide career exploration and skills assessment guidance
• Offer coaching on interview techniques and job readiness




• Maintain case notes and documentation of client progress
• Develop partnerships for Itinerant Employment Services

Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in Employment Services roles
• Knowledge of EOIS CaMS and job search techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
