About the role: The Speech-Language Pathologist provides inpatient assessment and therapeutic services to acute, rehab and complex care adult patients within the hospital setting.
What you bring: Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
Qualified self-development in accordance with CASLPO regulations
Clinical experience in acute in-patient care preferred
Experience in assessment, treatment and management of dysphagia and communication disorders preferred
Experience in VFSS and FEES is an asset
Champions patients centered care
Works collaboratively with inter-professional team members
Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
Demonstrated problem assessment skills
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
Demonstrated individual leadership skills
