We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment used in the manufacturing of precision plastic components for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Duties
Set-up, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all automated equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to restore operations quickly and safely
Repair, maintain molding machines, automaton, robots and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot, repair electrical/electronic circuits on various types of equipment
Troubleshoot, repair and repair various mechanical equipment (conveyors, robots, chillers, compressors, dryers, pumps, etc.)
Read and interpret electrical schematics,
mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Complete routine paperwork as required
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Year diploma in a technician program
Minimum 3 years maintenance experience or equivalentExperience working with injection molding equipment, plastics manufacturing, or automotive manufacturing preferred
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Knowledge of lock out procedures
Experience in PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Low voltage electrical/electronics
Working knowledge of technical manuals, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and IQMS
Knowledge of electric, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and robotic systems
Awareness of all safety policies and procedures
