The YMCA of Northern Alberta is hiring a Coordinator Aquatics Operations to lead daily aquatic program delivery and safety, reporting to the Aquatics Manager. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and drive exceptional experiences for members and participants.
This on-site role requires a proactive leader with a solid safety focus, solid lifeguarding credentials, and the ability to train and mentor swim instructors and junior lifeguards.
