The Client Action Team (CAT) is looking to addanintermediatelevel Client EngagementDesigneratthe Mississaugaoffice. The Client EngagementDesignerwill come with at least5years priorworkhistory and will use their experience to help Client Engagement Directorsonkey Hatch pursuits.

Accordingly, day-to-day job responsibilities will bedeterminedby the needs and workload of the team, but willlikely include:





Leverage client-focused thinking todevelopvisual messagingforpursuitmaterials,includingpresentations,proposaldocuments,andleave behinds

Createvarious pursuit materialgraphics, includingimages andorganizational charts

Contributetostrategy development meetings, including win strategy and presentation preparation*

Prioritize workload of multiple requests and own quality deliverables

Bring forward your solutions and recommendations for broader application bythe CEDT

Coachand developthedesign capability for theoverallClient Engagement DesignTeam(peers and juniors)

Bring strong creative vision that transcends details of the assignmentand pushesthe boundaries of new and innovative design

Execute ad hoc Client Action Team member requests.

*Travel may berequired

Qualifications:

This person will have visibility working inMississaugawith Business Unit leads, Managing Directors, and sometimes Executives. The successful candidate must present well,demonstratebusiness maturity, and the ability to understand andmaintainconfidential information.

In addition, the candidate should have:

Post-secondary degree/certificate in Design,Communications,Marketing,Businessor relevant field

Experience with the following office and design toolsis mandatory:InDesign, PowerPoint,Photoshop,Illustrator, Word,andExcel

Strong work ethic and proven ability to manage diverse workload under pressure





Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to quality work products with high attention to detail

Critical and analytical thinking skills that can be applied to a variety of scenarios

Ability toproblem solvein themomentand take ownership of results

Capacity to work well in both in-person and online environments with global CAT members

Base salary range: $65,000 - $80,000

At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include
