As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care, providing planned and goal-directed nursing services. Your key responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, implementing care plans, and administering medication while ensuring compliance with health standards. Work collaboratively in a person-centered approach and participate in care conferences to improve resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete clinical care assessments and service plans
• Administer direct resident care and treatments
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards




• Facilitate resident care conferences and education
• Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience in a senior's care environment preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to handle a Vulnerable Sector Check
