We’re not just looking for a dispatcher—we need someone who can handle pressure and run operations . This role is critical to keeping our projects moving, crews supported, and clients satisfied across British Columbia.

What You’ll Be Doing
Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites
Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and schedule gaps
Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day
Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently
Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quicklyTrack attendance, availability, and shift coverage
Support operations and improve workflow processes
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can handle pressure and run operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in dispatching, logistics, or traffic control (preferred)
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word , and dispatching systems
SiteDocs experience is an asset
Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
Fast-paced and high-volume operations
Mix of office and remote work ( not fully remote )
Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
$50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
