YMCA of Greater Toronto is seeking a Team Leader Housing for the 24-Hour Sprott House transitional housing program. You will lead a staff team, guide program delivery, and ensure quality and safety standards for 25 participants in a 24/7 operation.
You will coordinate training, monitor SMIS data, and support policy implementation while maintaining a culture of inclusion and anti-oppression practices. A robust focus on youth wellbeing and shelter standards under City reporting applies.
