Assignment: Full-time 1.0 probationary teaching position.
Courseload to include Grade 5 general instruction, and Physical Education and Art
Creation and Implementation of IPP's, LSP's, and behaviour plans

Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year
Qualifications: Experience working in a grade level and courses as mentioned above would be considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative assessment and analysis of student data
Development and implementation of effective literacy and numeracy interventions
Working as a part of a cooperative grade 5 team
Develop of individual student program plans
Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate flexible thinking, creativity, innovation, and evidence of collaboration
Familiarity with Daily 5 and LLI
Assessment literate
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of specific and individual needs
Effective classroom management
Commitment to ongoing professional growth
