Raise is seeking a knowledgeable HR Advisor to deliver operational HR support and drive process improvements for client groups in the oil and gas industry. You will utilize your solid judgment to provide timely guidance on HR policies and systems, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Act as a trusted partner to leaders and internal HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as HR Advisory representative for designated client groups
• Provide accurate HR operational guidance to leaders and employees
• Manage Tier 2 HR cases through case management systems
• Collaborate to enhance HR policies and documentation
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in HR operations, ideally in oil and gas
• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• CPHR designation or working towards it is an asset
• Experience with SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
