Position Overview We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our technical team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions for our managed services and telecommunications clients.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, technical assessments, project delivery, onboarding initiatives, and technology alignment activities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with consulting, project management, and client relationship responsibilities.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure technology solutions are secure, standardized, and aligned with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consulting & Strategy

- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to clients.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist clients with technology planning, budgeting, and roadmap development.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations.

Systems & Network Engineering
- Design, implement,



and support secure IT infrastructure solutions.
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
- Ensure client environments align with established technical standards and security best practices.

Project Delivery
- Lead and participate in infrastructure, cloud, networking, and telecommunications projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, documentation, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners as required.
- Support client onboarding and technology standardization initiatives.

Team Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical team members.
- Participate in technical planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with service desk and project teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

QualificationsRequired
- 5 years of experience in systems administration, network engineering, or IT consulting.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployment.
- Experience designing and supporting business IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational,



prioritization, and client relationship skills.
- Graduation from a recognized IT, Computer Science, or Technical Training program.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client sites as required.

Preferred
- Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management and technical project leadership.
- Experience using PSA and RMM platforms such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Datto, N-able, or similar tools.
- Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, or other industry certifications.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior technicians.
- Fluency in both English and French.
