Role Description As a Spa Therapist at Elite Spa Group, you will provide a range of professional spa services, including facials, pedicures, and other body and skin treatments tailored to guest needs. You will welcome guests, conduct consultations, recommend appropriate treatments, and maintain a relaxing, safe, and hygienic environment throughout each service. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, managing appointment schedules, maintaining equipment and product stock, and documenting services provided.

You will deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest questions,



promoting spa offerings, and supporting a positive experience from arrival to departure. This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Catharines, ON.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in cosmetology and spa treatments, with the ability to perform a variety of skilled services safely and effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in facials and pedicures, including knowledge of skin and nail care techniques and appropriate product use.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and respond to guest needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and collaborate effectively within a spa team environment.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in esthetics, cosmetology, or spa therapy are preferred; prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is an asset.
