TRP is seeking a motivated PLAA Coordinator to support permit acquisition and compliance with the Project Agreement. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings with stakeholders, tracking PLAA progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in obtaining various permits and licenses
• Coordinate meetings with city and external stakeholders
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for documentation
• Track PLAAs using the PLAA Tracking System




• Liaise with teams to communicate PLAA statuses

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or urban planning
• 0-3 years of qualified experience in related fields
• Knowledge of Ontario legislation and permit requirements
• Familiarity with desktop applications like MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
