The Project Coordinator collaborates closely with the Project Manager and field teams. You’ll be responsible for managing documentation, schedules, and communication to ensure projects remain on track and adhere to high standards. Your contributions will significantly impact operational efficiency and client satisfaction throughout various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
• Organize and distribute project-related documents effectively
• Maintain project start-up binders for seamless execution




• Manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors where necessary
• Participate in project reviews and operational meetings

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or equivalent
• Over 1 year of experience in project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
