What You'll Be Doing

Shovel and clean up sand, rock, and mud around conveyor transfer points, feeder discharges, and general plant areas

Perform routine plant inspections within scope and report issues to the Plant Operator or Shift Supervisor

Observe and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

Identify equipment issues or malfunctions and report them promptly

Operate equipment within scope (e.g., skid steer, loader, man lift, company vehicles)

Pull product samples for quality control and follow strict quality standards

Perform basic plant maintenance tasks within scope

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Support production operations and assist team members as needed

Follow all safety procedures and promote a strong safety-first culture

Other duties as assigned
