Pinchin is seeking a Building Science Project Technologist to join its Property Condition Assessment team in Richmond. This role involves hands-on work, technical report writing, and liaising with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of Canadian building systems to deliver high-quality assessments and solutions with innovation and technical insight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property condition assessments thoroughly
• Prepare technical reports that reflect site evaluations

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Architectural Technology
• Sound understanding of Canadian building systems

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
