Reporting to the Manager of Facilities Operations, you will supervise skilled trades staff in a multidisciplinary environment. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing building systems operations, and enhancing operational efficiency in alignment with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will ensure the safety and reliable performance of mechanical and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor mechanical and plumbing maintenance staff.
• Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate emergency responses to system failures.




• Manage service requests through the CMMS platform.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify issues for timely resolution.

Requirements:
• College diploma in related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of hands-on facilities operations experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Valid driver’s license for site travel.
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred.
