Senior HR Advisor, HR Operations & Systems

Contract: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology? We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor, HR Operations & Systems to provide expert HR operational support, lead process improvement initiatives, and drive technology-enabled solutions that enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders while influencing projects that improve efficiency, optimize HR systems, and support strategic HR objectives.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the dedicated HR Advisor for assigned client groups, guiding on complex HR operational matters and policy interpretation.

Lead initiatives focused on HR process improvement, automation, self-service enablement, and service delivery optimization.

Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, including Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow, supporting testing, reporting, optimization, and implementation activities.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Represent HR Advisory on cross-functional projects, influencing outcomes and driving measurable business results.

Analyze trends, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems.





Partner with HRIS and broader HR teams to support technology enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of progressive HR operations experience in a business-facing environment.

Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and operational best practices.

Demonstrated experience managing complex HR issues and stakeholder relationships.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within an HR Shared Services environment.

Hands‑on experience with Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.

Experience supporting large-scale HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

CPHR designation (or actively working toward it).

Oil & Gas industry experience is considered an asset.
