As a Field Foreman reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee on-site crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Your leadership will be essential for successful project execution within budget and timelines. Daily progress reporting and maintaining safety standards are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site construction activities and crew performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications
• Submit daily progress reports and crew timesheets




• Act as liaison between the Construction Manager and crew
• Mentor crew members in safety practices and quality standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson designation
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
• 5-7 years of construction industry experience
• Medium to high-voltage substation experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction disciplines and safety regulations
