Atira believes a job is more than a paycheque – it's an opportunity to contribute to meaningful systemic and social change.About The JobReporting to the Building Manager, the Building Services Worker, is responsible for monitoring the facilities usage (sign in/sign-out), cleaning bathrooms, disposing of refuse, providing harm reduction supplies, responding to emergency situations by either attending or by calling appropriate response team, and monitoring peer support workers. The Outdoor Trailer Building Services Worker is regularly exposed to and in direct contact with dust, dirt, fumes, cleaning and other chemicals, germs and human waste. They are required to maintain the cleanliness and ensure safety for everyone accessing the facilities and report any damage and/or problems in the building to the Building Manager.About YouYou are aligned with Atira's mission, vision, values, and philosophy and bring a strong commitment to anti-oppression and intersectional practice.
