As a Staff Engineer, you will define technical strategies and oversee the development of high-scale screening engines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including ML and Legal, you'll ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining system integrity. This role focuses on creating a state-of-the-art investigative infrastructure and leading the architectural evolution toward multi-tenant platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the architecture for entity matching infrastructure
• Design distributed screening engines at scale
• Build systems for collecting and analyzing suspicious activity
• Serve as a technical liaison with Legal and Compliance teams
• Lead the development of a multi-tenant screening platform
Requirements:
• 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in leadership
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency APIs
• Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps
• Robust hands-on coding and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions
