We are expanding our Project Execution team and seeking an Earthworks Coordinator. This position requires expertise in managing earthworks activities, including excavation, grading, and haulage, all while adhering to approved construction plans. You'll support safety standards and manage subcontractors to align with engineering requirements for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily earthworks tasks as per project plans
• Lead safety culture across site teams and subcontractors
• Manage scope, cost, and schedule for earthworks packages




• Monitor subcontractor performance and escalate issues
• Support collaboration with engineering and procurement teams

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
• Experience in EPCM projects within mining or construction
• Proven earthworks coordination in brownfield environments
• Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to manage contracts and purchase orders effectively
