Join an essential team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, responsible for managing accounts receivable functions and supporting accounts payable tasks in a agile setting. Your expertise in invoicing and payment monitoring will drive financial accuracy.

This role involves performing accounts receivable functions for designated clients, including generating aging reports and recording payment receipts. You will also assist in accounts payable, maintain timesheets, and collaborate with project managers. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be pivotal in achieving accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and submit accounts receivable aging reports
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue invoices




• Perform full cycle accounts payable functions
• Assist with timesheet entries and adjustments
• Mentor the Accounts Payable Clerk as needed

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in accounting or business
• 2+ years' experience in high volume invoice processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
