Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents’ functional abilities and quality of life within an interdisciplinary care team.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in PCC/POC using interRAI LTCF. The role includes ADP activities, mobility aid coordination, and staff training to promote secure daily living.
