Excel in a leading role with Lankin Investments as the Director of Capital Markets, focused on nurturing key advisor relationships and driving sales growth nationally. This position emphasizes inside sales, relationship management, and trade execution across Canada’s wealth dealer network.

In this strategic role, you will report to the VP of Wholesale & Institutional and assist in driving sales activity with External Wholesalers. Your mission includes developing solid connections with investment advisors, enhancing product adoption, and managing sales performance using CRM tools. A background in wealth management, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be crucial in fulfilling this position’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with External Wholesalers to drive sales activity




• Build and maintain relationships with investment advisors
• Deliver tailored product presentations and fund updates
• Identify sales opportunities and track pipeline activity
• Manage CRM records and generate sales activity reports

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services
• Strong understanding of Canadian wealth distribution channels
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
