AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking a skilled Paid Social Manager to own Meta ad performance across brands. You will translate ad spend into registrations through creative strategy, rigorous testing, and full-funnel analysis, supported by a video editor and AI-based tools.
You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns, develop hypotheses for tests, and optimize hooks, formats, audiences, and landing pages. Solid measurement, English fluency, and US ET overlap are required.
