Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of commercial insurance processors and associates
• Execute annual business plans for organic growth
• Drive recruiting and talent management initiatives




• Manage day-to-day operations and profit & loss evaluations
• Build relationships in business and industry communities

Requirements:
• Level 2 General Insurance License required
• Minimum 5 years in insurance brokerage
• At least 3 years managing a team
• Strong proficiency in MS Suite applications
• Industry designation or post-secondary education preferred
