Synectics Inc. in Metro Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Senior Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio across British Columbia and Alberta in a hybrid role combining office-based and site visits.
You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise in office staff, manage leasing, inspections, and renovations using Yardi, and ensure tenancy compliance with applicable laws. This role requires BC PM licensure and 3–5 years in residential PM.
