Child Care Assistant (CCA) – Split Shift - Part-Time

Wage: $19.97/hour

Little Voyageurs Learning Centre Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Child Care Assistants at our Prince Edward School site. This is an excellent opportunity for university students or individuals looking for split shift work who love working with children.

Position Details:

- Work with children age 5-11 years old in our school-age program.
- Shifts available: 7:00–9:30 AM and/or 3:00–5:30 PM (split shifts, flexible to one or both).
- Full time hours available on school in-service days and during school breaks (spring, summer, winter).
- Wage: $19.97/hour.

What We’re Looking For:

- A passion for working with children in a fun and safe workplace.
- Reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with children is an asset,



but not required.
- Must meet licensing requirements for employment as a Child Care Assistant in Manitoba (or be eligible to be classified).
- Must be age of majority per ELCC licensing requirement.
- Must be physically able to safely lead a walking school bus between École Provencher and École Henri-Bergeron, a walk of approximately 15 minutes, in varying weather conditions throughout the school year.
