What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of CIBC’s portfolio of businesses through the identification, assessment and execution of strategic initiatives spanning organic growth, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures. You will work in close collaboration with the bank’s business units and functional groups in the formulation and execution of enterprise-wide strategy, and ensure efficient delivery of the annual strategic and financial plan to CIBC’s Board of Directors.



You will provide independent financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board on key business opportunities, requiring a broad range of analytical, financial modelling, research, presentation preparation and project management support. You will also provide ongoing leadership and direction to more junior members of the team while partnering cross functionally across the organization.
