We’re looking for a Software Developer Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a key technical contributor helping us design, build, and scale the platforms providing Clearing Services for some of the largest clearing houses of the world. You’ll fit right in if you enjoy diving into complex technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and delivering solutions that are both scalable and impactful.

This role blends hands‑on development with technical leadership, giving you the prospect to influence architecture, guide best practices, and help drive engineering excellence across the team. We’re looking for a software developer who enjoys getting up to speed quickly in large, existing codebases. Act as a subject matter expert in software development, helping guide technical decisions and establish best practices Design, build, and deliver scalable, resilient applications using modern backend and frontend technologies Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape systems that are secure, performant, and future-ready Champion quality through clean code, testing, and continuous integration and delivery practices Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.



~5 to 10 years of software development experience with strong backend expertise in Java ~ Experience with modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript and React ~ Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred) ~ Familiarity with building distributed systems and working with APIs or microservices ~ Exposure to or experience building AI-powered features or data-driven applications This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
