As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects spanning SRPK.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Analytics to shape direction, align stakeholders, and drive execution on high-priority initiatives. This is a senior IC role for someone who can do more than execute. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmaps, clarify tradeoffs, and align work to customer and business priorities.

Focus teams on the highest-value work by driving prioritization as business needs, timing, or capacity shifts. Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Analytics, and partner teams to manage dependencies, surface risks, and maintain momentum. Define and track success metrics across customer experience, adoption, quality, and operational performance.



8–10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs end to end. ~ A strong track record of driving large programs or portfolios across multiple teams, systems, and planning cycles. ~ Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, including the ability to align senior partners and navigate competing priorities without direct authority. ~ Strong prioritization, planning, dependency management, and risk management skills. ~ The ability to move comfortably between technical discussions with engineers and strategic conversations with cross-functional leaders. ~ Experience delivering customer-facing products and/or platform capabilities in search, recommendations, personalization, knowledge systems, catalog, data, ML, or similarly complex technical domains. ~ Experience improving execution through planning cadences, dashboards, or tools such as Airtable or Claude Code.
