Synopsys, Inc. in Ottawa seeks a senior silicon validation engineer to lead first-silicon bring-up for DDR/LPDDR/HBM memories and related test platforms. You will design validation plans, perform electrical characterization, and drive root-cause analysis across silicon, firmware, and boards.
You will build automated validation frameworks using Python/C/C++, mentor junior engineers, and partner with design and product teams to ensure release readiness and customer confidence.
