As a Child Development Instructor, you'll deliver high-quality programming that aligns with YMCA values. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement YMCA-approved curriculum for child development
• Facilitate creative and engaging activities for children




• Promote diversity and inclusion in program delivery
• Guide children positively during conflicts
• Build daily relationships with families and communicate effectively

Requirements:
• Experience working with children preferred
• Level 1, 2, or 3 Child Care Certification (or in progress)
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable sector check required
