Join Schlegel Villages as a Full-Time PAL Coordinator (Kinesiologist) at Wentworth Heights. Design and implement engaging cognitive and physical exercise programs for our residents.

This in office role invites passionate professionals to support our resident-centered culture while delivering exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Kinesiology, with expertise in psychomotor behavior and exercise rehabilitation. You will work collaboratively with therapists and oversee Kinesiology Co-Op students and volunteers to enhance our residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative exercise programs for residents
• Collaborate with physiotherapists for resident care
• Conduct transfer assessments for mobility




• Lead training sessions on active living
• Supervise Kinesiology students and volunteers

Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology with focus on rehabilitation
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists (preferred)
• Experience with seniors or physical impairments
• Knowledge of legislation and best practices
• Ability to facilitate educational seminars
