Lead care management with Shawenim Abinoojii as a full-time Director of Care. Oversee Foster Care programs and drive community-centered initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Care will manage Shawenim Abinoojii's diverse Care Programs. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in program development, supervision, and strategic planning. Knowledge of First Nations' culture and Child and Family Services legislation is essential for impacting the Southeast First Nations communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Care Programs planning and evaluation
• Ensure program alignment with SAI’s mission
• Develop resources meeting Provincial Foster Care Standards
• Monitor service quality and program efficiencies
• Provide support to Program Supervisors

Requirements:
• MSW or BSW with 5+ years related experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with Trauma and Addiction
• Understanding of Indigenous perspectives
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
