Allto Construction seeks an experienced Pipelayer/Grademan with over 5 years in excavation and site servicing. Collaborate with foremen to ensure project specifications and industry standards are met. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on expertise in water and sewer construction while maintaining a safety-focused attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections to meet industry standards
• Align pipes and check grades using laser technology
• Prepare and manage tools for installations
• Measure and cut pipes to specifications
• Attend Health and Safety meetings and trainings

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a pipelayer/grademan
• Valid G licence and own transportation
• Knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment
• Solid communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow direction
