KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain effective and cooperative teamwork and communication
Provide a warm, caring, responsive, safe environment that meets the needs of all children
Guide and care in a positive and compassionate way
Planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally and academically appropriate activities to meet the individual and group needs of children in our program
Be flexible, creative, and hardworking
Strong interpersonal skills, both in working with children and communicating with parents
