Empower youth in Burnaby as a Facilitator at Purpose Society’s Youth Hub. This part-time position focuses on program delivery, community engagement, and administrative coordination.

Purpose Society seeks a dedicated Facilitator for the Burnaby Youth Hub, working 14 hours weekly to enhance youth well-being. Your role includes organizing activities, fostering relationships with community partners, and ensuring services align with youth needs. Ideal candidates possess strong skills in facilitation, communication, and managing volunteers as well as experience in community services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Burnaby Youth Hub
• Organize community meetings and events for youth
• Develop targeted programs for at-risk youth




• Manage outreach through social media and promotions
• Support volunteers and build partnerships

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field
• Experience in community services or non-profits
• Knowledge of youth resources and referral networks
• Solid communication and facilitation skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle access

Lead initiatives that promote positive youth development and community connection in Burnaby.
