Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain fitness equipment daily
• Implement and improve preventative maintenance schedules




• Lead and mentor a team of R&M; Technicians
• Manage repair tickets using maintenance software
• Respond promptly to equipment-related emergencies
Requirements:
• 3+ years in fitness equipment repair
• Solid mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading or mentoring teams
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
• Understanding of health & safety standards
