Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents
• Implement and follow through with individual case plans
• Manage incidents and perform crisis interventions
• Maintain a protected and clean environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with staff and external agencies
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Diploma in Social Science or related field
• Certification in First Aid/CPR required
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to obtain a Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate
