As the Undergraduate Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting students with complex inquiries and academic requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently for effective event planning, recruitment, and admissions. You’ll collaborate with faculty and the Graduate Program Manager to enhance program delivery and support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line assistance to students and faculty
• Handle reception duties and office support tasks
• Advise on degree requirements and academic problems
• Coordinate admissions and manage student requests
• Facilitate program promotion through events and outreach
Requirements:
• High School diploma plus post-secondary education
• Four years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and database applications
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
