Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dedicated, customer service oriented Senior Front Office Host to join the Front Office team. This senior role will oversee onboarding and training of recent Front Office Hosts and help optimize workflow while greeting guests.
The position involves managing guest registration, communicating hotel services and promotions, and delivering memorable experiences. Shifts include afternoons and evenings (2:30pm–11:00pm), weekends, holidays, and occasional graveyard
