As a Co-Op Coordinator, you will market opportunities, develop employer relationships, and prepare students for their work terms. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain employer relationships for co-op placements
• Market co-op programs across various sectors and events
• Advise students on job search and employability strategies
• Conduct co-op visits to monitor student learning
• Prepare students for their first work term through workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years in employer development or advising
• Robust communication and marketing skills
