In this pivotal role, you'll anchor an Infant Program homeroom, utilizing the Fueling Brains philosophy to create a nurturing, safe learning setting. Your responsibilities will include planning developmentally appropriate activities, fostering secure attachments, and documenting children's milestones. Collaborating with Assistant Teachers, you will ensure holistic development through individualized routines and sensory-rich experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging learning experiences aligned with curriculum
• Plan and lead individualized daily routines and activities




• Observe and assess children's developmental milestones
• Build trusting partnerships with families through communication
• Mentor and guide other educators in best practices

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Valid Early Childhood Educator Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in licensed childcare
• Strong knowledge of infant development practices
• Effective communication and leadership skills
