Position Summary
Academy Canada is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Esthetics and Spa Management Instructor to join our dedicated faculty. The successful candidate will play a role in delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our Esthetics program. This role requires commitment to student success, academic excellence and industry-relevant teaching practices. It’s a chance to inspire confidence and foster hands-on learning while setting our students up for a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in accordance with the Esthetics program curriculum

Prepare lesson plans,



learning materials and assessments

Support and guide students in both theoretical and practical learning

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and evaluations

Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive learning setting

Qualifications

Diploma in Esthetics and Spa Management.

Six years combined education and work experience in the Esthetics and Spa Management field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Passion for adult education and student mentorship.
