Responsibilities include: Understanding of safe methods for work procedures, invoicing process, accounts receivable, and sales
Delivering value to customers
Proficiency in all tasks expected of a Tire Technician (this includes: installation, balance, rotation and repair of passenger, light truck, commercial, industrial, and ag tire; inspection of tires and wheels for correct inflation, wear patterns, tread depth and damage; work with TPMS; maintenance of service equipment; specialty tire work including: studding of passenger and light truck tires,



submitting commercial casings for retread, run flat tires, etc.)
Successful completion of assigned courses
Qualifications: Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
Basic computer skills
Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
