KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily operations of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and drivers
- Manage driver scheduling, route planning, and capacity dispatching
- Monitor delivery performance,



service quality, and operational compliance
- Drive improvements in on-time delivery, efficiency, quality, and cost
- Analyze operational exceptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Set performance goals and manage team performance
- Lead daily operational reviews and follow up on action items
- Manage operational budgets and monitor the financial performance of the assigned region

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 1+ year of frontline last-mile delivery operations management experience
- Hands-on experience with route optimization and delivery quality improvement
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to use both languages effectively in daily operations
