Barista - :

Joining the Gong Cha team as a Barista, gives you the prospect to provide superb customer service, create great tasting beverages and bringing customers, the Gong Cha’s experience. If you’re energetic, a team player and love to be in a fast pace environment, we want to meet you.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Gong Cha
- Maintains calm attitude during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Maintains strong communication between managers and other team members
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Delivers superb customer service to all customers through the Gong Cha Experience standards
- Follows Gong Cha’s operational policies and procedures,



including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all members during store operations.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that members can locate resources and product as needed
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

No prior experience is needed.

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
